Zone uses in-ear EEG to measure the electrical signals your brain produces, then turns them into a real-time picture of your focus, cognitive load, and mental energy.
Your neurons communicate with small electrical pulses. EEG measures the rhythm of that activity. Zone places the electrodes in the ear tips instead of on the scalp, close enough to read meaningful signal while staying invisible.
Zone filters the raw EEG, separates it into the frequency bands tied to attention and rest, and models the result as your current focus state. The five states, from In Flow to Depleted, are the human-readable output of that pipeline.
Two measures sit underneath every state. Brain Load reflects how hard your mind is working. Brain Energy reflects how much capacity remains. Tracking both over time shows when to push and when to recover. Zone Pro 1 is in limited beta; you can reserve early access.
Zone is a wellness and performance tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any medical condition. In-ear EEG reads less signal than a clinical cap, so Zone focuses on trends in your focus over time rather than precise clinical measurement.
